If you
like a little something sweet
in the morning try adding a couple of medjool dates to the mix too, they sweeten it up and enhance the creaminess and if you feel
like you need a crunch, add a little less milk and then pour the smoothie into a bowl and top it with your favourite granola, nuts, seeds,
raisins, cacao nibs, fruit etc for a delicious smoothie bowl.

in some alternative source of dried fruity sweet and chewiness,
