A traditional Greek phyllo is in fact more
like a regular pie crust.
Crust shown looks
like regular pie crust, not phyllo.
But you know our Bill husbands; mine said
he likes regular pie crust better!

:) We loved it very much and usually I avoid making such recipes (
like regular pot
pie with
pie crust) because they are more labor - intensive but this was not and I'll be making it quite often I am sure!
