like magnesium, copper and manganese, the trail mix that's covered in luscious chocolate is an excellent source of B vitamins.

I really
like dark,
rich chocolate, but during preparation, I thought 1 cup of
cacao seemed
like too much, based on many chocolate recipes I have made.
The chocolate and sweetness are a tad subtle, the way I
like it (although you can amp up both if you prefer by adding more
cacao and honey), and the texture is especially
rich and creamy thanks to the addition of avocado.
