As I often try to give my children energy balls too, I use Wowbutter (

I prefer
roasted almonds because I
like the flavor it adds to the
nut butter — it's much more deep and complex.
Some suggestions: instead of tomatoes, try any juicy, slightly sweet vegetable; add some kidney beans in there; replace the cucumbers with something equally crunchy,
like fresh bell peppers; if you
like the taste of raw onions, you can put some of those in; sub out the Feta for a goat cheese or perhaps Parmesan shavings; add

A typical full day of eating for me looks
like: Breakfast: Spinach, Mushroom, Onion and Tomato Frittata... sometimes with bacon or homemade sausage Iced Coffee with coconut milk Lunch (this is usually my largest meal of the day): 4 - 5 ounces of protein (turkey burger, pulled pork, chicken thighs, ground buffalo),
