salt cod in wooden boxes at Whole Foods.

salt; garlic; onions; mustard; fresh and dried herbs spices (especially turmeric, cinnamon, and fresh ginger root); salsa; grass - fed beef and pastured chicken stock and vegetable stock.
Once the tomatoes are starting to burst, nest a hearty white fish (
like halibut or
cod) into the pan, season the fish with a bit more
salt and pepper, and bake it with the tomatoes.
