Since painting your kitchen cabinets is a big job, get a
scrap piece of lumber and try your technique out on it first, then when you
like what you see — do it on the cabinets.
Once I
liked the look, I flipped them over and used the 1/2» x 18» w
scrap wood to adhere the
pieces together.
If you are unsure, try it on a
scrap piece of wood to see if you
like it before painting your actual
piece of furniture or item.
