lions, trans fats, sugars, fluoride, excessive wifi, emfs, vaccines, mercury, etc)... go barefoot, connect to the earth... get sensible sun exposure... get cold (environmental conditioning)... mind your magnesium... stay positive, think about the wonderful things in your life that you're grateful for.
