A thicker fabric such as canvas or home decorator fabric would offer a thicker bag that would be good for foods

In addition to zucchini, it's also made with green beans, chopped onion, and
sliced carrots, all cooked until tender in a tomato — vegetable broth (or you can also substitute chicken broth if you

While I am happy with the ingredients and outcome as is, when I have time, especially when serving this to guests, I
like to pump it up a bit by adding 1 cup diced
carrots and 8 ounces of
sliced mushrooms.

Marinated artichoke hearts, other fresh vegetables
like sliced cucumbers or
carrots, sundried tomatoes, roasted red peppers, cooked shrimp, marinated seafood salads, fig jam, and spiced nuts are a few of the foods which come to mind as possible additions.
Cut crunchy ingredients,

Sometimes I
like to throw a few thinly
sliced carrots into this dish to add a bit of color.

We started with a recipe from Epicurious.com called «Mu Shu in Moments,» but I ramped up the garlic and ginger a little bit, omitted the chicken, doubled the amount of egg (I
