I gained 8 kg so far (from 53 to 61) and I look
like slim legs, slim everything, just big belly.
The leg opening IS NOT as wide as suggested, the pants now fit
like slim leg pants instead of wide leg which really gave a slim look to gals like me.

Iv been on a low carb diet for about 8 months now and this have really helped me lose weight and tone up however I'm currently 9 stone 1 and I'm 5» 7 ″ but but I feel my

slim I jog nearly every day and after wards do some other
leg exercises however I feel this isn't helping I can't muscle really quickly and can tone really quick but i would
like to lose more weight on my
legs but I'm not sure how to get this any other way I did think of power walking instead of jogging??

like to

legs but in order to do that I'd have to switch to long distance running.
Running is an amazing exercise for
slimming down all over and for
slimming down your
legs, but if you build muscle really easily (
like an endomorph will), I would run with caution.
Also, I would
like to
slim down my
legs (which I believe are bulkier mostly due to muscles) should I avoid HIIT and will running long distances and periods at a steady rate help

like speed walking what do you reckon I should do to

Replace some of the dance workouts with running / walking to help

legs and other types of lighter resistance training

slimmer compared to your torso and bust then you can rock skinny jeans.

slim cigarette style cut for all year and a wide -
