Mix a few drops of essential oils into a carrier oil,
like sweet almond oil.
Some are primarily used internally (olive oil, omega - 3 fish oil), others externally
like sweet almond oil, rose hip seed, jojoba.
Olive oil is my choice oil for the oil cleansing method but it can be done with many other oils
like sweet almond oil, apricot kernel oil, grapeseed oil, or any of the other skin nourishing oils in this book.
However, I do notice in the wintertime coconut oil doesn't quite cut it and I have to use something
like sweet almond oil instead.

Meanwhile... Make the crust: — Mix together
almond and cashew meal (or whatever you have) with a mix of honey and coconut
oil (or you can just do one or the other or butter — I
like the mix because then it's
sweet but not too
sweet) until it is a sticky dough consistency — Press into the pie pan and chill until you're ready for it — Pour in the hot blueberry mixture — stir in some fresh blueberries for fun!
They are very firm, you you might need to melt them with a liquid
oil like jojoba or
sweet almond to keep them from being too firm (1/3 liquid and 2/3 shea or cocoa butter is about right).
Instead, the cream is formulated with organic and botanical ingredients,
like aloe vera, vitamin D,
sweet almond oil, and safflower seed
oil.

like a recipe for your fave dessert — golden syrup,

sweet without loading up on sugar.
Keep a small bottle of rose essential
oil by your bed, either pure or blended into a carrier
oil (
like sweet almond, jojoba, or raw sesame).
If you find your skin needs it, then apply a thin layer of
oil,
like sweet almond or pumpkin seed
oil, or your favorite natural face lotion afterward.
I
like to add about 8 - 10 drops of
sweet almond oil or apricot kernel
oil and 1 - 2 drops of lavender essential
oil.
Because, it uses naturally powerful ingredients
like vitamin E, glycerin, and
sweet almond oil to nourish and strengthen your skin.
Start with a great carrier
oil like coconut, jojoba, sweet almond, or grapeseed and add in 3 - 5 drops of Oregano Essential O

You add your preferred blend of oils, add a carrier
oil (
like coconut,
sweet almond, grapeseed, etc.) and then you can take this little bottle with you on the go.
Instead, I'd suggest finding an
oil you
like to use for the first phase (my favorite is grapeseed
oil, but good options are
sweet almond, jojoba or apricot
oil).
Lavender, peppermint, lemongrass and cedar oils work well but must be diluted in water or a carrier
oil like olive or
sweet almond oil before application.
