Other herbs
like dried rosemary,
sweet basil and oregano contain polyphenols that enhance organic acid synthesis by improving the gut flora (4).
They topped it off with
basil apricot relish so there will be a sweetness to balance out the mustard, and
sweet fruits
like apple sauce are often paired with pork chops because they simply go really well together.
Cashews, fresh

sweet cherry tomatoes are the base of this dreamy - creamy sauce, which is then baked to perfection together with those spaghetti
like strands, olives and capers.
Japanese eggplants and bell peppers were beautiful at our farm market today, so I used them, along with some spinach from the grocery store and some Thai
basil from our garden, but feel free to use any of your favorite Thai ingredients
