While I
like the taste of it in recipes, especially
sweet recipes using
coconut oil, I do not care for it off a spoon.
However, I do notice in the wintertime
coconut oil doesn't quite cut it and I have to use something
like sweet almond oil instead.
They came fried into a
coconut shell (excuse me please, my technical english is not too bad but if I have to tell a story or something else, I am really lost) and there was a delicious sauce, something
like egg yolk (that was the tactile sensation) but the flavour was something
sweet and sour,
like orange, mandarin orange or something

The result was what seemed
like a creamier and ever - so - slightly
sweeter marshmallow, which paired perfectly with the unsweetened toasted
coconut.

In terms of sweetness I'm sorry that it wasn't
sweet enough, I feel
like they are
sweet enough because the bananas add some sweetness and honey and stevia are supposed to be
sweeter than most sugars including

I think fresh ripe peaches and
coconut milk are
sweet enough on their own, but you can always add a little of your favorite sweetener if you
like.

Our family has taken over a year to retrain our
sweet tooth, and we are at a point where foods
like apples,
coconut, and even oats seem
sweet to us, so be aware before you try these!
So traditionally a nut roast contains either breadcrumbs or rice (sometimes even both) and I could well have cooked up a good loaf of Paleo Granary Bread just for this dish but I opted for some
coconut flour instead as it helps to retain moisture, and has that
