use a totally plain coconut yoghurt, that tastes
like greek yoghurt — I'd say definitely find one with no

If you're not
using a sweetened protein powder
like Vega, you'll need additional
sweetener for this recipe
like a couple pitted dates or a splash of pure maple syrup.
It's a super high concentrated sugar so I don't
use it, but if you're making something full of sugar anyway then I can appreciate the futility of also adding a natural
sweetener like honey.
This Stovetop Granola doesn't cluster much, but that can be remedied by
using a thicker
