Like say, ledges and
tileset graphics from the
likes of Mario Kart and the Legend of Zelda The Wind Waker.
From being able to mix different
tilesets within a single level, to the addition of slopes and underwater levels, the «Satoru» editor is helping the team make Newer Super Mario Bros U feel
like a fully - fledged sequel in more than name alone.
Also, does this look a bit
like a Super Mario World switch palace
tileset to anyone else?
For instance, it looks
like there's an all new graphics style in at least one level in the game, black and white Castle Bleck style versions of the Super Mario Bros 3
tileset!
No 3D models here people, the game seems
like it uses good old SNES / Genesis style sprites and
tilesets.
