I don't
like that yeasty tasted, and this recipe didn't have it.
The first time I tried this recipe I didn't rinse the almonds before soaking and before too long, there were bubbles on the surface of the soaking water and the whole thing smelled
like yeasty sourdough starter.
I really thought I had messed up when I thought the dough was too dry so I added probably 1 / 4c water in the beginning — not to mention I thought my yeast might be to close to the end of it's usable date so I upped the amount to 1tsp, (plus I added a dash for good measure because I really
like a yeasty bread).

like chocolate and candies need to be stopped as well.

like... the kefir may be too thin, too sour, too
