Seriously, play this game if
you like zombie survival games.

While playing, you think it's the main event, but really, it's just a tutorial for the
game's other modes: mini-
games, puzzle and
survival, which include things
like a Horde mode,
games where you play as the
zombies and even a Harvest Moon - style garden, where you water your plants and... play music for them.
While there may be an abundance of
zombie themed
survival games, none of them are quite
like State of Decay.
I think the only flaw in this
game is the Multiplayer mode because you just place
zombies on the controller, I would had
liked an online
survival experience with friends collecting loot until we get killed or something.
Just a couple of years ago, the notion that a
zombie survival game with crafting mechanics could at all feel
like a refreshing change of pace would be laughable.

games like last of us and undead nightmare aren't on the list well the list is called top 10

Dizeaze There's a ton of
zombie and
survival games, but I
liked this for the rubbery looking graphics, and the enormous scope of the
game world.
Most of the gamplay shown in the trailer is basically what you had in Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, however there are new melee weapons that can be enhanced by combining with other materials, items and some gameplay elements
like climbing tunnels, crafting equipment, gathering resources, basically adding
survival mechanics that are seen in most
zombie horror
games like Dying Light or more
survival oriented
games like Tomb Raider.
It's a sim -
like gameplay mechanic that really makes the
game feel
like an authentic
zombie survival game, and it's pretty great.
Resident Evil 7's PT -
like first - person scares are something of a departure from the main Resident Evil series, but Capcom already said they intended to bring the
game back to its
survival horror roots, instead of trying to make it Call of Duty with
Zombies (especially since Call of Duty is doing that already).
In the mall, you'll be facing off against some original monster creations, some that pay homage to
survival horror
games, and other kinda creepy
zombie enemies who weren't fortunate enough to retain their human hearts (and adorable designs)
like our Undead Darlings, such as the
zombie with a bag o» knives (left) that appears solely in the shopping mall dungeon.
I thought the
game looked good (from what I saw advertised) and it LOOKED
like survival horror; being hunted by Safe - head Man etc. but seeing this and now knowing that its a typical
zombie beat em up with story progression cut - scenes, I think I'll pass.
It's certainly looking
like an amazing sequel to what was a solid
zombie survival game and I'm sure if they build on that first experience this will be just as good if not better.
Versus feels a lot
like Left 4 Dead «s multiplayer, as one side will spawn as rare forms of
zombies that have special abilities and they have to kill players that are trying to play the
game like you would in
survival mode.
When the trailer released last year, most people believed it was going to be a
zombie survival game much
like the former Left 4 Dead
games, where the focus is on running and gunning through hordes of
zombies.
Co-op
zombie survival games are nothing new, but the thought of four people all in their VR setups ducking and shooting sounds
like such an awesome thing.

like a different
game for me at first: it introduces itself as a
survival title, leading you and a bunch of peculiar characters throughout a
zombie apocalypse until the end of the world.
Most
survival games are set after some sort of disaster — usually a
zombie apocalypse — and even if they aren't, there's usually some sort of environmental threat,
like dinosaurs or other nasties.
Zombi U felt
like a bland
zombie survival game with a few gimmicks and New Super Mario Bros U failed to distinguish itself as anything particularly new.
For
games like Microsoft's connected pirate adventure Sea of Thieves and the upcoming
zombie survival simulator State of Decay 2, these sorts of features will become invaluable.
