I'm making a mental note to make this for myself one evening, I wish my boyfriend
liked peanut sauce, so sad.
But if you want something out of the ordinary and quite tasty, give this recipe a try, especially if
you like peanut sauce!
It's
like peanut sauce's slightly mellower, sweeter cousin, and it makes for a seriously decadent and delicious soba noodle salad, coating every crispy veggie and noodle to slurpable perfection.
Like the peanut sauce, the cucumber salad is a bit tangy, with a hint of sweetness and some good acidity — It's the perfect match for those juicy, grilled lamb chops.

I made these last night with the following variations — tamari subbed for soy
sauce, almond butter instead of
peanut (I don't
like peanuts or their butter), and I added italian seasoning, garlic salt, and oregano to taste.
They sounded
like they'd be light and summery, and we were already salivating at the thought of that spicy
peanut sauce.
I don't
like spicy food so I just left the spicy out of the
peanut sauce and it was still really good!
Although, I get this funny feeling that, sooner or later I'll start replacing
peanuts with corn or edamames (I somehow tend to
like corn in my slaw), or adding soy
sauce and / or substituting sesame oil for olive oil for some Asian touch.
I love savoury pancakes too — we often have them sweet for breakfast but I now think I want some with cheese
sauce — sounds delicious — the green pancakes sound
like fun — I would try the
peanut sauce if not for the
peanut allergy in the family

As far as dipping goes you can really make up any
sauce that you
like with egg rolls but I opted to make a
peanut butter based
sauce.

like me, and refuse to ever pass up an opportunity to consume
peanut sauce, then you'll be happy to know they also pair well with that.
It's
like a superstar version of
peanut sauce!
I use cooked cauliflower as a base for Indian dishes, but my favorite is to chop my cauliflower into small pieces, steam it, and top with
peanut sauce (and chicken if you
like).

I ended up not
liking so much of the orange juice flavor so I added a little more
peanut butter and soy
sauce at the end.
These noodles are particularly addictive thanks to a brilliant
sauce adapted from Pinch of Yum's Hoisin Pork with Rice Noodles that highlights many of my other favorite things
like ginger, garlic, and
peanut.
It's
like cheese on a hamburger,
sauce with your chips,
peanuts with a beer and Arshavin and a match winning goal.
Those can be easily integrated onto a school menu with dishes
like noodles with a
peanut sauce, or maybe a chilled veggie and noodle salad.
