This was a HORRIBLE recipe & made me waste 2 cups of
lilikoi juice!

It is a very short walk to the best shave ice (Ululani's) and bake shop (
lilikoi key lime and banana / choc cream pies were to die for) with an ABC store and farmer's market right next to it.
The bakers make amazing confections like crème brulee, cream horns and
lilikoi chiffon pie.
All of the items using fresh island fruit and juices
like lilikoi, lime, or mango were delicious and the portions were generous.
Maui - made Ocean Vodka is blended with Thai basil and lime, and lightly topped with a honey -
lilikoi purée for a tropical, flavorful finish.
Lilikoi aka passion fruit is one of my favorite flavors in all the land.
Some jars may find their way into gifts I ship out (especially since my dad
loves lilikoi).
It was great fun, and they left the farm as experienced coffee roasters and with coffee, pomelo, and

However, in the end, none of those things seemed to matter because
these lilikoi éclairs turned out even better than we had hoped and none of our struggles seemed to matter!!
Simmer
the lilikoi in a small saucepan at the lowest heat setting until it is reduced by one - third to one - half (about 45 - 60 minutes).

Lilikoi) and freeze into cubes and store in an air - tight container.
Nothing beats
their Lilikoi Curd with Li Hing Mui, and after being introduced to it at last year's show, I stocked up on a half - dozen jars of it at ten dollars a pop.
