I made these resources when I was writing a
limerick scheme of learning a while back - I was disappointed with the lack of age - appropriate
limericks available (that were suitable for KS1 and KS2 children, and still met the structural requirements of the poetic
form).

limerick, lyric or narrative) on a given text.
Poems may be rhyming or not, or in the

limerick or haiku.
These were a little like writing
limericks but in story
form.
