Many people believe that claims need to be settled before the two -
year limitation date or you will have to «go to court».
However, most people do not know that there are other much shorter
limitation dates in certain circumstances.
At the same time, determining
what limitation date applies in each case can sometimes be complicated.

In relation to notice provisions it is important to keep in mind that
