Dogs have been selectively
bred for thousands
of years, sometimes by inbreeding dogs from the
same ancestral
lines, sometimes by mixing dogs from very different
lines.
You can not
breed along the
same line over and over and think that there are not going to be any signs
of that in an animal's DNA.
All present - day Siberian huskies descend from these
same dogs although breeders started to emphasise different qualities in their dogs in different parts
of Alaska, and in the 1940s and 1950s, the
breed was split into a working (racing),
line and a show
line.

same breed and that the dog comes from a purebred
line.
