For those of us with IBS - C, it's an added challenge to try to
link particular foods to particular symptoms — i.e., I never know if it was something I at last night, yesterday, or a week ago that is bothering me!
Traditionally, scientists doing similar work would try to
link particular foods to particular diseases; for example, it has been believed for a long time that high - fiber foods reduce the risk of colon cancer, whereas saturated fats increase the risk of heart disease.

foods that I want to proteinize — here — so I'd just write them down on the Vault and include a pic or
link to whichever one I wanted to request).
My immediate thought: this appears to be evidence
linking physiological response to a ratio of
foods, in
particular, the ratio of proteins abd carbs.
In
particular, anthocyanin the antioxidant pigment that gives these
foods their indigo shades has been
linked to maintaining long - term brain health, extending the sharpness of memory and overall cognitive functioning that tend to decline with age.
Low quality, highly processed pet
foods — in
particular dry kibble, which lacks the moisture content and quality protein pets need — are being
linked to many of the degenerative diseases seen in pets today.
The Arab Spring surprised many people, including some who had expertise, and while attribution of such an event to a
particular cause is probably impossible, there are people (as written up in The Economist, for example) who
link at least some of the causation to
food prices, and there in turn people who
link at least some of the
food - price swings to climate change.
While proving health benefits of eating a
particular food is a complex question to answer, evidence is mounting that there are some healthier nutritional profiles
linked to consuming various organic products.
