I started making this before I realized we didn't have Bragg's
liquid aminos so I used lemon juice.
Not exact matches
~ I was feeling very hippy vegan, and
so I pulled out the old school Bragg's
Liquid Aminos for the tofu.
(The dressing is tahini, nutritional yeast, garlic, lemon juice, &
liquid aminos,
so it does have a decent amount of protein in it!)
So I just used Bragg's
Liquid Aminos (a soy product) in this broth.
I didn't have miso this time around,
so i used Bragg
Liquid Aminos and a spoonful of rice vinegar instead.
It's expensive but tastes
so much smoother than soy sauce and it added a nice background note here (it's not as overpoweringly salty as Braggs
Liquid Aminos either).
I used half bag of Trader Joes cauliflower rice and some frozen mixed veggies with Braggs
liquid aminos and it was
so easy!
So do not do
liquid cleanses that are devoid of proteins or
amino acids for longer than 48 hours.
So, I would look at crock pot
liquid form, healing - soothing herbs and
amino acids.
