I probably get my affiinity for a big
pot of greens with
pot likker from my Grandmother who would have had a fit at the thought
of pouring
out the
liquid from cooking her greens.
Once you take it off the heat, the rice will continue to absorb the remaining
liquid so get it
out of the
pot and onto the plate as soon as possible!
Depending on how much
