As I explained in my first recipe, rather than make
a liquid soap using both olive oil and coconut oil together in the same soap, as I would with a bar soap, I decided to make a pure liquid castile soap with only olive oil and a separate liquid coconut oil soap instead.

When life gives you lemons, make
soap Bacardi's 42 Below vodka brand has found a novel way to
use the lemons left over from cocktail - making: Turn them into
liquid soap.
The
liquid soap is the best I have ever
used, I turned around and bought both products again because I like them so much.
3 parts water 1 part vinegar 2 squirts of non-toxic
soap (we
use either Seventh Generation dishsoap or Dr. Bronners
liquid soap) 4 drops of lemon essential oil or lavender essential oil (optional)
It takes a bit of
soap to get a lather going (we
use liquid), but it washes well, fits comfortably in my hand, and my daughter loves it.
I'm not crazy about the fact that the kids are encouraged to
use antibacterial
liquid instead of
soap and water (it's quick and easy for them — I get that, but still...).
To clean with
soap and water, you'll need access to a sink with warm, potable water,
liquid dish
soap (or
soap made specifically for cleaning baby bottles), a small bottle or pipe cleaning brush (that you
use only for this purpose) and a separate wash basin.
It's easy to measure out powder detergents such as Nellies, but if you are
using liquid detergent such as Allens Naturally, consider putting it into a hand -
soap dispenser.
You may be able to remove the black stains
using liquid dish
soap and water and a scrub brush.
I really love the natural cleaning power of
soap nuts, but I really like
using a
liquid.
Joy — I don't know where the
soap goes in a front loader but if there is a way to get a
liquid fabric softener into them, I'd
use a mix of vinegar and tea tree oil in that bit instead of fabric softener.
Liquid dish
soap makes lots of suds, so you don't need to
use very much to strip your cloth diapers.
The leftover pulp was still quite soapy both times after I made the

use a brush to wash bottles by hand in non-chlorinated water with special dish
liquid that can be
used for babies or
