Finally, I like to use both pure white stevia powder as well as
liquid stevia depending on what I have on hand.

When it comes to sweeteners, you can choose one (or a few)
depending on your dietary requirements: maple syrup, honey, vanilla extract, date or carob syrup,
liquid stevia.
Depending on how ripe the fruit is, I usually grind about a teaspoon chia seeds and three drops of
liquid stevia per pint of fruit.
I do half the sugar (half white, half brown) then about 16 drops of the
liquid stevia... although it
depends on how sweet you like it!

Depending on if your protein powder is sweetener or not, you may also need to add some sweetener (I suggest pure
stevia liquid or extract) but my protein powder that I use in this recipe has just the right amount of sweetness, so I didn't use any added sweeteners here.
