only have a small bottle of
liquid stevia so I will have to get some
stevia that is a replacement for sugar.
I've never used
stevia (
only because I've never had the
liquid on hand) but I don't think I'm missing anything.
The
only non-fructose one I use is rice syrup, if you add more than a few Tbsp of it I'd up the coconut oil a touch to account for the extra
liquid (the coconut oil is what makes it firm up in the fridge) but a granulated
stevia - based product (or simply
stevia drops) shouldn't change the consistency at all!
I personally
only use the green powdered
stevia or
liquid drops from NuNaturals.
Just tried it with
liquid vanilla
stevia as the
only sweetener.
You may use Sweetleaf
liquid stevia (any of their flavors), and birch xylitol (I recommend
only birch derived xylitol, to avoid GMO corn exposure from non-birch sources) as desired for sweeteners.

I personally use
only the
liquid Stevia because the packets and bulk
Stevia all have maltodextrin that is 4 calories of starch per packet and weight equivalent.
I made half vanilla, with
only vanilla extract, vanilla
liquid stevia and a vanilla whey protein (1 scoop) added to the coconut milk.

only require a few drops to sweeten a drink.
I usually
only use 1 small teaspoon of

Some time in your engineering of recipes for sugar free and low carb could you explore the idea of using
only stevia liquid or powder (true
stevia, not a sugar /
stevia blend).
Only substitute was to use Torani Chocolate sugar free syrup instead of
liquid sweetener and
Stevia.
