But if you want to add a few tablespoons of
liquid sweetener go for it.

And if «sugar» looks like honey or maple syrup to you, I say
go for it (though keep in mind the filling will probably be more likely to ooze out of the galette with the
liquid sweeteners).
As far as the
sweetener goes, you can use maple syrup instead, or agave (though I personally try and stay away from that one), or you could try
liquid stevia and just add in a little more coconut oil to replace the
liquid in the honey.

I
went with

If you are sure none of your ingredients have
gone off and you still want to be able to drink your smoothie you can try adding some extra dried fruit, some other
liquid sweetener such as agave nectar or maple syrup.

going to use the oat milk for drinking, rather than cooking, you can sweeten it to taste with a little honey or other
liquid sweetener, and flavor it with vanilla, spices, cocoa powder, or fruit syrup.

Go are the new perfectly portable
liquid sweeteners.
Start with only one or two and taste as you
go, and remember to pit them first, or poor Vitamix... Second is the
liquid sweetener version.
Now, to make the cream, take the
liquid from two cans, 2 teaspoons your favorite extract (or use vanilla bean) and your
go - to
sweetener, plus 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar.
These are my
go to's for
sweetener and
liquid sweeteners.
This is why when choosing a
sweetener, we suggest you
go for the ones in the
liquid form, as they usually do not contain added binders.
Let me know how you
go, I've not tried them without a
liquid sweetener.
Or if you want to
go sugar free you can use
liquid stevia, or even just leave out a
sweetener altogether.
If the end result isn't sweet enough for you, add 1/2 — 1 tsp honey or another
liquid sweetener, but
go easy!
If you can't find it (check food stores, in Middle Eastern shops, or order online) you could sub in another
liquid sweetener such as honey or brown rice syrup, or
go in with just plain old brown sugar (I'll note the amount in the recipe below).
