make liquor license applications more efficient and transparent for both community members and businesses.
The complaint also charged the bar with employing security staff without the requisite license and for failure to «conform with all representations» set forth in
their liquor license application.
City Councilman Ydanis Rodriguez came out against Parilla Steakhouse when the restaurant, on Broadway and West 164th Street, filed an application to renew
its liquor license application earlier this month, claiming the owner refuses to work with the community he serves.
The pastor at the church, Marc Rivera, is an outspoken critic of the bar, whose owners are trying to persuade Community Board 3 to support
