I think this kind of
post is an example of the value of this
blog -
as there are few places to look all at once at a
listing of the success stories of extending lifespan.
Two things I always keep with me are my phone (in an Otterbox case since I have kids) and a Moleskine notebook which I use all the time for making
lists (because I'm mildly OCD and feel more productive when I do) and for outlining random
blog posts as they come to me.
I'm just getting started so I don't have a lot of
