Legal Treatises» chapter
of the annual
Legal Information Buyer's Guide and Reference Manual by Kendall Svengalis has been useful — although aimed at US librarians who are purchasing titles, its annotated

listing particularly if via a board's MLS rules the LB has the right to arbitrarily enforce their offer
of compensation to a CB and so I would hope board directors see this discussion and ask the appropriate questions
of their
legal council.
