Am nowhere near your numbers, but I did run a free book listing for my nonfiction memoir CONTACT a few months ago with Bookbub and got about 12,000 downloads which I thought was pretty amazing as not everyone wants to read a memoir of a soldier and combat etc...... I have run it free a few times before on the FREE TO LIST sites you mention and never did more than about 3000 downloads each time so that definitely proves the value of Bookbub in terms of sheer numbers.
This amazing book finds forth rank in my list of the 10 must read books for stock market investors.
