You can
at least be aware that the time
to make calls that require you
to listen to your
gut isn't when you're feeling most anxious about the situation.
For me it boils down
to wanting,
at the simplest
gut level,
to spend the years left
to me in a land where I'm not in the minority, a land where I don't have
to listen to Christmas carols from Thanksgiving
to Christmas.
If your
gut tells you it's wrong,
listen to it, or
at least explore why you're feeling that way first.
«But after
listening to the governor crow about this for several years, it's a
gut punch
to the public's confidence
at its government's ability
to manage Albany.»
I could do without the punch - in - the -
gut cramps that accompany my monthly «ladies holiday,» or
listening to full - grown men be shocked
at the strength of that «cute little girl.»
Steve Wright: OK, well, before we get into that, I just want
to let the listeners know if this is the first time you're
listening to this awesome podcast or you're a longtime listener, we thank you, and we want
to let you know that Chris has created a membership area on his site
at ChrisKresser.com where he's categorized and he's made it really easy for you
to digest — pun intended — all of his awesome info on paleo weight loss, thyroid health,
gut health, everything that Chris has been doing over the last many years he has created inside of his membership site.
I appreciate the work Jeff is doing
at the American
Gut Project and you can
listen to him talk about this on my podcast a few months back: thelivinlowcarbshow.com/shownotes/7302/642-ultramarathon-runner-timothy-olson-thrives-on-a-low-carb-… I encourage my fellow low - carbers
to participate in getting your microbiome tested too: an hour ago»

Listening to today's forecasters is just as crazy as when the king hired the guy
to look
at the sheep
guts.
There's nothing quite like the serenity of dropping your lure into the water,
listening to the waves lap playfully
at the sides of your boat,  and waiting for a fish
to bite... Then reeling it in (along with twenty or thirty other fish), blasting them
to bits with your shotgun, watching as money and
guts rain down from the heavens, and saving up your cash
to buy a bazooka.
When your safety is
at risk, not
listening to your
gut won't serve you well.
