While dress codes have become a
little more lenient over the years, a great suit and understated yet quality
accessories can still help you to get noticed in all the right ways at
work.
For any
work wear look, for me the key is always to try and inject a
little bit of your personality, through
accessories, a small design detail, or through colour.
Of course there's subtle ways to incorporate bold trends into your style, like shoes,
accessories, or subtle touches, but I always find that going full hog and totally jumping on board with a trend always
works best — if you feel a
little uncomfortable, go with the dressed down styling to make it feel a
little more covert.
With
little time to think (and failing to properly plan the night before), I opted for one of my go - to winter
work day outfits: high waisted jeans, a black turtleneck sweater, a classic pointy - toed bootie and some of my favorite
accessories, including these amazing sunglasses I just had to have.
Speaking of kooky, for anyone else, the large white feather boa might not
work, but to funkify Ke $ ha's
little black dress, this risk definitely paid off because she didn't go overboard with the rest of her
accessories!
It's a
little out there, but it's great how it

This week I chose a cute
little spring dress to style for you, by pulling different color
accessories (belt and shoes) we completely changed the look of the dress and I'm sure you can find yourself in at least one of the looks:) I did say on my intro that I had a makeup look to go along with the outfit but unfortunately that wasn't uploaded together (my fault, sorry...) BUT I am

I love all black outfits but sometimes to add an

little colour
works well too.
Now, since I never give myself much time to pack, I always throw in my good - for - any - occasion
