A little bit of cocoa powder and lots of garlic for my chili.
To the avocado, I add
a little bit of cocoa powder, a touch of honey, a pinch of salt and a small amount of melted chocolate and vanilla.

cocoa butter and vanilla

The key is using high quality chocolate for the unsweetened and
cocoa powder (I used Valrhona) and I also added just a
little bit of instant espresso
powder to the melted chocolate mixture to bring out the flavors.

I know it kind
of defeats the purpose a
little bit but do you think I could replace the 2 TBSp protein
powder with 2 more TBSP
of cocoa powder?
I did take creative liberty and add a
little bit of smoked paprika and a 1/4 tsp
of unsweetened
cocoa powder.
