Today I'm going to share an unassuming
little rice
bowl recipe, something I throw together often
for lunch.
I started eating chia pudding a few years ago when I was looking
for something a
little different to eat in the mornings that would fill me up but wasn't the usual toast, smoothie or oatmeal

For lunch today I had a reheated

little hill of freshly grated parmesan on top — divine.

I usually enlist my husband to help me, and we get a
little assembly line going of a

bowl for the peas.
