Since I was
craving some
carbs, and it was a
little too late to whip up a batch of bread... and I wasn't patient enough to wait for brown rice to cook, I decided pasta was the way to go.

carbs, so I've avoided using substitute sweeteners so far.

carbs is not needed and makes people avoid vegetables - how crazy?
Unlike
carbs, fat has
little impact on blood glucose, which keeps blood sugars stable, eliminating out of control
cravings and hunger that comes after eating
carbs.

little protein to go along with it will cause a blood sugar spike and crash, beginning the dreaded
craving cycle.

I too have very
little appetite and
cravings eating low
carb — so that totally cures it for me!
