That's part of the reason I don't figure it out is because
little changes in the recipe can effect the final outcome.
It can go from a creamy style mash all the what to a slice of «bread» with very
little change in the recipe, which is pretty handy.
Just that one
little change in the recipe turns a classic lunch and dinner dish into a great item for breakfast and brunch!

recipe I added only 1 tbs of maple syrup, 1 tbs Greek yogurt, 1/8 coconut oil, 1 tbs of almond milk Why I did it??? Because, I think that the 2tbs of syrup is too much, and I thought to remplace the other tbs with the Greek yogurt, then I thought how this mug doesn't attach to the container, so I added a
little coconut oil,
in the end I saw that the mix is a
little hard so I added the milk.
Totally my fault, but it's a
little annoying to have the flour units
in ounces instead of cups... just put 4 1/2 cups of flour into the
recipe:P Maybe
change that to cups or
change all the others to ounces as well!

In order to match that success,
little has
changed from the original pretzel
recipe.
I found the
recipe at Closet Cooking and made a few tiny
changes, adding just a
little more garlic and onion, which I've noted
in the
recipe.
I only made two
little changes to her
recipe: I used a mix of finely ground oatmeal and white spelt flour for the batter and baked them
in little muffin tins for easier serving rather than
in one large baking tin.
I honestly
changed quite a bit of this
recipe, but
in case this helps other cooks... I would have boiled the potatoes til they were done, they were a
little undercooked & when smashed didn't hold together.
Changed up the

little — doubled ingredients except added one tbsp of raw organic cacao powder

little more allergy and dietary - friendly by testing it with sunflower seed butter and maple instead of honey!
I also
changed up the toppings from the original
recipe and added strawberries that I roasted
in coconut sugar and vanilla and then topped it all off with pumpkin seeds and poppy seeds for a
little crunch.
I
changed up the

little, adding another 1/2 cup of the almond flour and decreasing the honey to 1/4 cup as they seemed too gooey and sweet, and once
in a while I will add cinnamon about 1 tsp.
