One emergency candle hack that you may have seen before is using an orange and
a little cooking oil like canola or olive oil.
Have your skillet at medium heat and coated with
a little cooking oil.

I usually drizzle a
little olive
oil over the top and season it simply with a
little salt and pepper or a cajun spice like Tony Chachere's and
cook it on the grill.
My favorite way to
cook baby artichokes is sautéing them in a
little olive

I've used a small piece of chicken breast meat, pan fry lightly in a
little oil in the saucepan, seasoned with salt and black pepper,
cook until the chicken is done.
I personally like paneer bhurji
little bit bhuna that means I

oil but if you do not like this can leave tomatoes and onions

However, when not in mood to bread and fry chicken, I often saute it in
little oil and seasonings until it is crisp, caramelized and fully
cooked... then just mix in sauce.
You can grill them but I prefer to
cook them in a pan with a
little bit of olive
oil to develop a nice crust (also helping to enhance the texture).
