This is always a
little embarrassing for me because I save my best, most personal writing for my books and tend to hammer out most
of my blog posts before I've even had my second
cup of coffee in the
morning, which is a hazy, disorienting time
in which I am strictly prohibited from making important life decisions or ordering things from the internet.

of wakefulness if you need it

of my favourite for that is L - theanine which you get from green tea and that doesn't cause those sleep disturbances that caffeine can cause, but know that based on this recent research if you're doing caffeine or you're having a big
cup of coffee in the afternoon, that can stay with you for up to 6 hrs so really interesting and I thought that was kind
of a cool
little test just to see how long it took for caffeine to stay
in your system and actually still disrupt sleep.
It is still a
little chilly
in the
morning, but it warms up quickly and a
cup of hot
coffee is enough to stave off the chill for a few hours till then.
I would love to use this to make my
coffee in the
morning a
little more special or it would even be nice to glam up a
cup of hot cocoa this winter!

The only way to improve on your first
cup of coffee in the
morning, is to make buying it a
little easier (and faster).
It's just a
little more time to sip a
cup of coffee on a winter
morning, and a
little more money
in your pocket.
Step counts also tended to come up a
little short, particularly while I was walking with a
cup of coffee in my hand, as I do every
morning.
We're happy with the simple things — a freshly brewed

morning, a walk outside daily, date nite w / friends or your hubby, having someone over to create a
little mental space for yourself.
I am basically a zombie until I've had a
cup of coffee in the
morning, so this
little setup is perfect.
