I am a
little overwhelmed being recently diagnosed with gluten,
dairy,
and egg allergies.
I'm allergic to
eggs and dairy, too, so I used cashew milk with a
little apple cider vinegar for the buttermilk, canola oil for the butter,
and Ener - G
egg replacer for the
eggs.
they of course were
dairy free,
egg free, gluten / wheat free — of course;)
and my friend was a
little impressed with how they came together with such simple ingredients
and the girls were overjoyed with the
little treats at the end (photo # 7)
I think they encompass exactly what a vegetarian cookbook should be: a

and butter everyday I'd say).

eggs, oils, simple sugars / sweeteners,

eggs as shown by studies on Okinawa
and the China Study.
