All applicants want to show how their qualifications align with the position
description, but for many roles it would be surprising — and a
little fishy — to find someone with the exact number of years of experience you're looking for, in the exact field, with the preferred degrees, and whose resume or cover letter states she's checked every single
box.
An earlier version of the form had
little space for that type of narrative
description, and was dominated by a series of check
boxes which a court found provided insufficient information.
Fair enough, I don't want hand holding in a game like this, but when you're introducing completely new mechanics like base building, that have never been seen before in a Fallout game, I feel like there needs to be a
little more
description of how it works than just a small pop - up
box with vague instructions.
