Both almond «flour» or almond «meal» will work Elnora, and
little differences in texture don't matter, I use whatever brand is available when I need it.
Not exact matches
The other two flavors will be a
little bit more dry
in texture, but they still taste amazing and I'd rather have a
little bit of a
difference in texture than add oil, which does not have great caloric or nutritional bang for your buck.
A
little less coconut cream and a few drops of essential oil make a world of
difference in flavor and
texture.
Some people skip the lemon juice because it changes the
texture of the sauce a
little bit but
in my opinion the flavor more than makes up for the visual
difference.
The colors match but the
difference in the
texture makes the outfit look a
little odd to me.
Fresh seems like the better choice, but the truth is most fish is frozen or kept very near freezing on fishing boats and during transport to your grocer, so there's often very
little difference in the quality and
texture.
