Crack the
egg into a small
bowl and mix it up a bit with a pastry brush, then brush a
little around the edges of each square.
In addition to your standard breakfast options, they have this delicious breakfast
bowl of veggies, lentils, avocado and fried
eggs that I love (but I usually order it without the greens because I find they make it a
little runny).

One trick I always use to ensure meringue success is to wipe my already - clean

In a large
bowl, whisk
egg yolks and pour a
little bit of the maple syrup in while whisking (this is to temper your
egg yolks so they don't curdle).
Put flour in one plate, beaten
egg with just a
little water into a
bowl, and Italian breadcrumbs onto another plate.

Once cool wrap in a tea towel and squeeze out as much water as possible then thinly chop — Put the spinach, parsley, chopped garlic, ricotta, gf flour,
eggs, cheese into a large
bowl and season well then stir until everything is mixed — Using wet hands squish the mixture into

On any given day, my fridge is filled with
bowls of pre-sliced apples (soaked in a
little citric acid to prevent browning), grapes, sliced strawberries, cut up cantaloupe and watermelon, pre-torn salad greens, sliced cucumbers, green peppers, hard boiled

The idea of a big beautiful glob of great tasting healthy sour cream on top of a
