Many parents spend significant time and resources looking for what they feel will be the best
pillow for their baby, only for the
little guy or girl to habitually roll off of it or find it hard to
fall asleep on.
To best observe this reflex, on a bed where the child could safely
fall onto a
pillow, offer the infant two opposing
little fingers (as index fingers are typically too large for the infant to grasp), and gradually lift.
The extra
pillows can also take awhile to arrange into the right positions, or they can
fall off the bed, or even become dislodged leaving mom with
little or no support.
For a
little extra texture and snuggle factor I also added these adorable gray and mustard plaid
pillows and what is a
fall day without hot coffee in an adorable mug and home made treats!
I can't get by without a
little color in here and this pink and blue
pillow paired with my navy washed velvet
pillow was perfect to fit the bill this
fall!
The roll had enough burlap to wrap around both
pillows plus a
little extra left over for some other
fall projects.
For the rest of the house, I changed out
pillow covers, to add a
little fall around the house.
However, the grouping of pumpkins, flowers and
pillows here on and around the bench adds a
little drama and interest and says «hello
fall and welcome to our home» to friends and neighbors as they approach our porch, and I love it!

I bought a
little burlap in different shades and I am going to try making the
pillow with the
fall leaves.
A colourful and cuddly
Fall throw adds some seasonal colour to the sectional, and some floral
pillows and
Fall faux greenery make the space look a
little different without us having to spend a ton of money.
BUT, I love
Fall and it's not in my nature to not at least change out a few things for the season, so I cleaned up a
little, grabbed some pumpkins and mums while I was at my local farm the other day, pulled out my
pillows from last year (and a few others from my hoard — it's a problem) and brought some very simple
Fall into the house.
A
little fall decorating and a comfy
