So today I have a few quick and easy game day

prep perfect for keeping you glued to the game or so you don't have to miss that commercial everyone will be talking about!
although, it was good because, my stomach was a
little unhappy, so i ended up doing some
food prep: sweet potato cubes, brown rice, broccoli slaw (recipe to come), morning glory muffins, and plantain bread.
But, I know my body NEEDS nourishing
food, so I do a

prep work the night before so that I can have my «super» quinoa oats ready ASAP in the AM.
