I like
a little fresh chopped basil, avocado and cherry tomatoes.

little olive oil and s & p.) Those grilled veggies combined with sliced tomatoes,
fresh mozzarella and Parm, bits of shaved garlic, and
chopped fresh basil made for one stunning pizza.

I used whole garden tomatoes frozen from last fall's harvest, added a
little dried oregano, and
chopped fresh basil that I added with the sun dried tomatoes at the end.
I used a
little less dried
basil and mixed some
chopped fresh basil and chickpeas into the pasta afterwards.
Shells from the heavens is probably all you really need to know but in case you'd like a
little more information, these are al dente pasta shells stuffed with a creamy - delicious mixture of cottage cheese and spinach smothered in a warming marinara sauce and topped with
fresh chopped basil (so we can pretend that it's spring).
To serve in a gourmet treat style: Float three one - inch - size firm white button mushrooms, stuffed side up, roasted under the broiler or on the grill, and stuffed with a bit of
chopped roasted tomato, a
little minced in salt and lemon juice
fresh garlic or oven - roasted garlic puree, a pinch of
fresh thyme and or
fresh basil, and
fresh mint, homemade
fresh coarse breadcrumbs (could even use those dried ends you saved from your black - olive bread), and topped with just a tiny bit of marinated creamy goat cheese; I use plain Celebrity label, marinated pucks.
