a little garlic bread

little garlic bread croutons started out as a last minute attempt at a garnish.

My criteria for a great
garlic knot: soft on the top with a tiny bit of crunch on the bottom, a
little chew to the
bread inside (but not too much), and tons of flavor.
No recipe needed — just cube whatever good
bread you have around, toss with a
little olive oil, salt, pepper,
garlic powder, and a bunch of fresh thyme leaves.

bread, then dressing them up just a
little with a smattering of sea salt and chopped

I added a half teaspoon of paprika (like I used in my old non-vegan version) and a
little garlic powder, gluten - free pasta and
bread crumbs and baked it.
I can actually eat this
little salad on it's own... but OH momma when you lay it on top of
garlic toasts and drizzle some of the juice over top letting it seep into the
bread....

little add on by rubbing a tomato over the

While I still try to keep the house clean and have some homeade goodies around, I trus the Lord that when the doorbell rings or a car appears in the driveway, I have been chosen to share Christ with that person at that time, dirty laundry and dishes or not:) Also, a
