I added
a little garlic seasoning & instead of chives I mixed a packet of ranch & bacon bites in the cream cheese & put slices jalapeños then wrapped it in the bacon!!

Used eggs and just slightly more flax than called for but I improvised on the
seasonings — salt,
garlic powder and a
little mixed Italian herbs.
Then heated
little oil in a nonstick pan and flavored it with
garlic, later tossed in lots of colorful vegetables and fresh cilantro (because I love the fragrance of fresh cilantro), added protein rich black beans and finished it with a variety of
seasonings.
All you'll need is tofu, some spinach,
garlic, nutritional yeast, some pasta and sauce and a
little seasoning.
Season with salt and maybe a
little garlic powder and bake at 375 until puffed and golden.
I doubled my dill usage by serving these with an easy yogurt - dill sauce, made with plain yogurt
seasoned with some
garlic, a
little lemon juice, some ground white pepper, and another fistful of snipped dill.

You can either
season two chicken breasts with salt, pepper, onion powder,
garlic powder, and a
little cayenne and bake for 25 minutes at 350ºF and then shred, or take the easy route and buy a rotisserie chicken and pull all the meat off of it.

seasoning, so next time I'm going to take B Lee's advice and add some oregano, basil,

I used fresh

little seasoned breadcrumb to soak moisture (I didn't have a full cup of oatmeal).

Added a
little more
seasoning (cumin, sea salt, pepper, chile powder, dash of
garlic salt, minced
garlic) and then let simmer for about an hour on low hit.
I like it oven roasted with a
little coconut oil then
seasoned some
garlic, smoked paprika and a squeeze of lime then served with shredded chicken, black beans, avocado and salsa!!
Add half of a zucchini (and the
little leftovers from the spiralizing), cashews, nutritional yeast,
garlic, lemon juice and
seasoning to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
All were tossed lightly in some olive oil and
seasoned with kosher salt and pepper and a

I love how the dry adobo
seasoning works in this soup, but if you cant find it you should be able to get by with a

little walnut sized balls and then refrigerate for 30 mins — Bring a pan to boil and reduce the heat down and then carefully drop some of the balls in.
Roast up some tasty
little legumes via this uber easy method (
season them with salt, pepper, and
garlic powder) and toss them in the homemade butter - based buffalo sauce above or swap some earth balance for the buttah ooooor go super spicy and just use the hot sauce to saucify the chickpeas.
