form.

grain like texture that makes it ideal to
form the base of a nourishing salad without actually using seed or
grains.
But unfortunately, most of us seem to take very
little notice, with the great majority of
grains and
grain - based products being consumed in their processed, refined
form, which invariably sees the
grain stripped of its health - giving properties.
Unfortunately, these methods are rarely practiced anymore, and
grains in the processed
forms we typically consume are
little lectin powerhouses.
If you are already vegetarian or vegan the transition to the raw food diet will be a
little bit easier since the majority of your diet already consists of fruits, vegetables,
grains and nuts in their natural uncooked
form.
So what can you do: try limiting caffeine and alcohol consumption during the day, keeping your bedroom cool, avoiding foods we may be sensitive to (sugar,
grains, dairy), and getting some
form of exercise daily (even walking as
little as 30 minutes a day).
